Meet Karina
Karina is a degree-qualified Clinical Naturopath with experience supporting clients across the life stages—from childhood through to the “wisdom years.” She completed her Bachelor in Health Science (Naturopathy) at Endeavour College of Natural Health, where she gained contemporary clinical insight through supervision from practising naturopaths with extensive clinical experience and postgraduate training.
Karina’s particular focus—and ongoing postgraduate study—is neuroscience, with a strong interest in cognitive function and mental health. She is currently completing a Masters pathway in Mental Health and Neuroscience (on track for completion in 2028), building a deeper evidence-informed approach to supporting wellbeing at the level of the brain-body connection.
