We offer a range of consultation types and programs (including Telehealth consultations) to assist you in living well. You may choose either naturopathy or counselling consultations.
General programs to support various life stages will also be added, so watch this space!
Our naturopathy consultations range from 20-30 minutes to 90 minutes. Long consultations are best if you are a new client, haven’t seen us in a while, or have a new presentation. Shorter consultations are best for reviewing your case or for new, non-complex acute conditions.
Acute consultations are only available to current clients.

We take a collaborative approach to care. Rather than positioning ourselves as a replacement for medical treatment, we work alongside your existing healthcare team, with open communication guided by you. We believe this integrated model leads to better, more sustainable health outcomes. By combining naturopathy with counselling, we’re able to support both physical and mental aspects of health in a truly holistic way. We also value ongoing learning—our naturopath is currently undertaking postgraduate study in mental health and neuroscience to further strengthen and evolve the care we provide.
-
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
-
Our consultation prices reflect not only the time in consultation but also the background work that occurs outside the consultation, including treatment plan preparation. We charge set fees for each consultation based on length.
All our prices are listed on our booking page.

We believe clients should be empowered to take charge of their own health journey and that clients are best placed to ultimately understand their own circumstances; as such, we provide space for all clients to feel safely heard and to have input into their own health decisions. We are here to assist with professional guidance and recommendations to support that journey.
If you choose to book a consultation with us here at Vitality Health and Counselling, you can be assured that you will have practitioners who will listen with empathy and who will provide evidence-informed guidance as is relevant for your individual circumstances.

Naturopathy is an evidence-informed traditional healthcare system informed by both philosophical understandings of wellness/wellbeing and care as well as biomedical understandings of health and disease.
From a naturopathic perspective, health is not merely the absence of disease but instead a positive experience of ‘being well’. Naturopathy aims to help a person live well for longer through preventive care and, when necessary, more direct interventions. Naturopathy acknowledges the interconnectedness of humans within their environment. Human health is seen as the balance of a complex system interconnected with other complex systems. As such, your naturopath is likely to ask a wide range of questions covering many dimensions of health.
Naturopathy is guided by seven principles:
First, Do No Harm
Healing Power of Nature (or the person/body)
Treat the Cause
Treat the Whole Person
Practitioner as Teacher
Health Promotion and Disease Prevention
Wellness and Wellbeing

In Australia, the term ‘naturopath’ is not legally protected; therefore, it is important to check your naturopath’s qualifications and membership with a relevant association. This ensures that the naturopath you are seeing meets professional standards and maintains their training through continuing education.
All naturopaths at Vitality Health and Counselling are university-trained, clinical naturopaths who hold a current full membership with a relevant association.
-
It is important to understand that naturopaths cannot provide a medical diagnosis.
Naturopaths, instead, will evaluate your presentation from a naturopathic perspective, looking for patterns and considering how various areas of your life may be contributing to your current state.
Your naturopath may at times recommend you visit your doctor for a medical evaluation to ensure you are receiving the best care for your circumstances. Naturopathic care never replaces medical care, therefore, you should always continue to seek medical advice.
Vitality Health and Counselling believe clients are most often best served with a multi-modality, collaborative approach between a client’s health practitioners to ensure all areas of a client’s life are being supported.
